At Jaipur Perfume Company, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our fragrances. Due to the nature of perfume products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume products are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns are accepted only if:

      • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

      • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

      • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable:

        • Opened or used perfumes

        • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

        • Orders placed during promotions or sale events (unless damaged or incorrect)

      3. Return Process

      To request a return:

          1. Email us at jaipurperfumecompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

          1. Share clear images or videos showing the issue

          1. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

        Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

        The customers can return the product within 2-3 days after receiving the product

        4. Refunds

        Once the returned product is received and inspected:

            • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

            • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
            • The customers can return the product within 2-3 days after receiving the product

          Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

          5. Replacement Policy

          In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

              • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund

              • Replacement orders are subject to product availability
              • The replaced or exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

            6. Cancellation Policy

                • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

                • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

              7. Exchange Policy

              We do not offer exchanges for fragrance preference or change of mind.

              8. Late or Missing Refunds

              If you have not received your refund:
